Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy covers remic, the publishing tool RUXEU uses to post and track videos for YR Stories. remic is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public, and it only connects to social accounts that RUXEU owns.
What remic accesses
When a RUXEU team member connects one of our own accounts, remic receives an access token from that platform. With it, remic can:
- publish videos and captions that we made, to our own accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X;
- read the number of views, likes and comments on those posts;
- read and reply to comments and messages on our own accounts, when we choose to turn that on.
remic does not collect personal information about viewers or followers beyond what a platform shows on our own posts, such as a public username on a comment.
How the data is used and stored
- Tokens and post statistics are stored only on RUXEU's own computer, in files readable by that computer's owner.
- We use the data only to publish our videos and to understand how they perform.
- We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Platform services
remic uses these platforms' official services, and their own policies also apply:
- YouTube: remic uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube channel features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at Google security settings.
- TikTok: remic uses the TikTok Content Posting API. The TikTok Privacy Policy applies.
- Instagram and Facebook: remic uses Meta's Graph API. The Meta Privacy Policy applies.
Deleting data
To have any data remic holds deleted, or to disconnect an account, email support@ruxeu.com. We delete stored tokens and statistics within 30 days. Removing remic's access in a platform's own settings also stops all access straight away.
Changes
We will update this page if what remic does changes, and show the new effective date at the top.
